Gunston Commerce Center
When construction began on the project in 2001, the plan was for the end use of the 112,000-square-foot building to be multi-tenanted. A 47,000-square-foot, specialized facility opportunity arose and I-95 BPM successfully managed the redesign of the project. The tenant moved in just five months later.
Warehouse / Distribution
The Department of Defense contractor was up for renewal in their space, but required a 60,000-square-foot, high bay warehouse space which their landlord could not accommodate. With just 23 days to move out of their existing and find new space fulfilling these requirements, I-95 BPM led them to their new home at Gunston Commerce Center.
