Edwin W. Lynch

Manager, I-95 Business Parks Management, LLC

Bill Lynch is a founding principal of I-95 BPM and its affiliates. He has been engaged in commercial real estate for 35 years, having built his first commercial building in 1981 for a family investment partnership. Prior generations of the Lynch family had farmed and invested in land throughout Northern Virginia. His grandfather even sold a hog farm to Cecil Hylton that became Marumsco Hills in the 1960’s.

Mr. Lynch began developing commercial property for his own company in 1985 and has since developed and managed over 1,400,000 sq. ft. of Flex/Tech office and industrial buildings. As a long term investor, he insists that buildings be designed with an eye to long term ownership and maintenance. Under his direction, I-95 BPM takes a proactive stance on preventive maintenance for the safety and comfort of its clients.

Mr. Lynch received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard University. He is a member of the Economic Advisors Group to the PWC Department of Economic Development and a member of NAIOP.

He is a past member of the Board of Visitors of George Mason University.

S. Laing Hinson

Principal, I-95 Business Parks Management LLC

S. Laing Hinson is a founding Principal of I-95 Business Parks Management. Mr. Hinson has acted as a principal in all aspects of real estate development, investment, finance and management in the Washington Metropolitan area for 35 years. Mr. Hinson has developed, owned and managed a broad range of commercial, industrial and multi-family real estate in both urban and suburban settings, including complex PDH mixture of medical office buildings, elderly housing and a skilled nursing facility in support of a regional hospital.

Mr. Hinson received his Master’s in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, and serves on the Board of Visitors of the Wake Forest University School of Business, as well as the Board of Directors of Burke & Herbert Bank and Trust in Alexandria.

Traci Morris-Cole

Director of Leasing and Business Development, I-95 Business Parks Management LLC and Principal Broker, Mid-Atlantic Acquisitions LLC (EDSWOB)

Ms. Morris-Cole specializes in the representation and consulting of corporations, institutions, and associations on a diverse array of real estate matters. With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Morris- Cole has completed transactions for tenant and landlord clients locally, nationally, and internationally.

Prior to joining I-95 Business Parks Management and Mid-Atlantic Acquisitions, Ms. Morris-Cole was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle and Transwestern, as well as overseeing approximately 16 million square feet of office space for Charles E. Smith a division of Vornado Realty Trust.

Wayne Klotz

General Manager, I-95 Business Parks Management LLC

Mr. Klotz has over 34 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He is an accomplished professional with experience in commercial, industrial and retail construction and development as well as an owner’s representative, construction manager, development manager, general contracting and subcontracting.

Prior to joining I-95 Business Parks Management, Wayne was a Vice President at Prologis, one of the largest real estate investment trusts in the world. While at Prologis, he developed over $600 million of product. Mr Klotz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Radford University and serves as Treasurer of the Foundation Real Estate Board at Radford University.
